Town of Westport General Meeting
March 3rd, 2008
The Town of Westport met on March 3rd, 2008 with Mark Van Dover, Larry Schmit, Larry Huettl and Steven Mitzel present.
The following expenses were presented:
City General
NWPS ($390.12), Groton Independent ($40.99), Fire Association of Columbia ($975.00), Mark Van Dover ($50.00), Larry Huettl ($25.00), Larry Schmit ($25.00), Steve Mitzel ($60.00)
Water
WEB ($1,014.28), Dept. of Revenue ($12.00), Mark Van Dover ($955.05), Larry Huettl ($684.02), Steve Mitzel ($20.00), Linda Jo Van Dover ($80.15)
Sewer
NWPS ($81.69), Dakota Pump & Control ($504.74), Sewer Duck ($982.80), Mark Van Dover ($100.00), Steve Mitzel ($20.00), Linda Jo Van Dover ($20.00)
Larry Huettl made motion to pay all bills; second by Larry Schmit.
Reviewed Revalidation Letter for the Town of Westport from FEMA. The letter revalidated the determinations for properties and/or structures in Westport as described in the Letters of Map Change (LOMC) previously issued by FEMA (Map Panel 46013C0425E). The LOMC’s revise the effective National Flood Insurance Program map dated March 18th, 2008.
Approved reimbursement to Larry Huettl of $10.00 for of Testing Fee for Water Certification.
2007 Annual Financial Report presented by Steven Mitzel and approved by City Council. Report to be published in Groton Independent and a hardcopy of the report mailed to Pierre.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
