February 4th, 2008
The Town of Westport met on February 4th, 2008 with Mark Van Dover, Larry Schmit,
and Larry Huettl present.
The following expenses were presented:
City General

Postmaster ($1.81), Mark Van Dover ($50.00), Larry Huettl ($25.00), Larry Schmit
($25.00), Steve Mitzel ($60.00)
Water
WEB ($1,065.48), Dept. of Revenue ($12.00), Steve Mitzel ($20.00), Linda Jo Van
Dover ($98.22)
Sewer
NWPS ($45.40), Dakota Pump & Control ($443.78), Steve Mitzel ($20.00), Linda Jo
Van Dover ($20.00)
Larry Schmit made motion to pay all bills; second by Larry Huettl.
NFIP City Ordinance – 1st Reading of Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance.
Motion by Mark Van Dover; second by Larry Schmit; motion carried.
2nd Reading to be held February 12, 2008.
Certified Class I Water Distribution Operator:
Mark Van Dover renewed his certificate and Larry Huettl is now certified.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
