Bates Township
Notice of Local Review Board
Notice is here by given that the governing body of Bates Township will serve as
review board of Bates Township, Brown County. They will be meeting the week of
March 17-22 for the purpose of reviewing and correcting of the assesment set of
the tax districts for the year 2009. All person disputing their accessment are
requested to notify the clerk of the board no later then March 14, 2008 by
appointment only.

Garden Prairie
Garden Prairie Township will be taking bids for 2,000 yards screened gravel,
more or less, to be delivered by March 20, 2008, to points in the township. The
township board reserves the right to inspect/reject the gravel. Proof of
insurance will need to be furnished. The board will also be taking bids for
blading, mowing, snowblading Proof of Insurance will need to be furnished. The
board reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
Bids will be opened March 18.

Henry Township
Notice is hereby given that the governing body section will serve as review
board of the Henry Township, Brown County. They will meet 7-8 PM, Thursday –
March 20, 2008 at the Doug Abeln Seed Company office for the purpose of
reviewing and correcting of the assessment set of the tax districts for the year
2008. All persons considering disputing their assessment are requested to notify
the clerk of the board no later than March 17, 2008.
