This notice is hereby given to members and or former members of James Valley Cooperative Telephone Company in accordance with the bylaws (Article VIII Section 8.2) with regards to uncashed Capital Credit Checks. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Bylaws, if any member fails to claim any retirement of capital credits within two years after payment has been made available to him, such failure shall be and constitute an irrevocable assignment by such member of such capital credit to the Cooperative.
