NOTICE OF VACANCY
MUNICIPALITY OF GROTON
The following offices will become vacant due to the expiration of the present
term of office of the elective officer:
Councilman Ward I (one year term)
Councilman Ward I (two year term)
Councilman Ward II (two year term)
Councilman Ward III (two year term)
Circulation of nominating petitions may begin on January 25, 2008 and petitions
may be filed in the office of the Finance Officer located at 209 N Main St.,
Groton, SD between the hours of 8am and 5pm central standard time not later than
the 29th day of February, 2008 at 5pm.
