NOTICE OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION HEARING
The Groton Planning & Zoning Commission will be holding a public hearing on
February 25, 2008 at 8:00pm CST at City Hall, 209 N Main, Groton, SD for a
special exception of Article 13, Section 13.0102 of the Groton Zoning Ordinance.
This application was made by Cooperative Agronomy Service, PO Box 45. Groton, SD
57445 for construction of a bulk, refined and LP plant, legally described as
Raap's Outlots 1 & 2 and Lots 2, & 3 Krueger's Subdivision of Prior's Outlot 3.
This is in an Industrial Zone.
Any person wishing to present testimony for or against this special exception
may appear in person or by representative at the above time and place.
