NOTICE OF HEARING
A petition has been filed in the office of the City Finance Officer of the City
of Groton, South Dakota, by Groton Independent School District requesting that
the following be vacated as public thoroughfares:
East Seventh Avenue between North Broadway and North First Street
The Governing Board of the City of Groton will act upon this petition at a
hearing April 21, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the Groton Community Center, 109 N Third
St, Groton, SD. Any interested party wishing to give testimony may appear in
person or by representative to speak for or against this petition at the above
time and place.
