NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE APPLICATION FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
FOR 2008-2009
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Groton City Council on the 2nd day of June, 2008
at the hour of 7:30pm in City Hall, 209 N Main, Groton, South Dakota will meet
in regular session to consider the following renewal applications for alcoholic
beverage license to operate within the City of Groton, South Dakota for the
2007-2008 licensing period, which have been presented to the governing body and
filed on the Finance Office.
Duane's Amoco(Duane McDonald) 105 E Hwy 12 Package (Off Sale) Malt Beverage
Ken's (Fiedler Food Store) 4 E Hwy 12 Retail (On/Off Sale) Malt Beverage
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons, or their representative may
appear at said scheduled public hearing and present objections to any or all of
the above applicants, if any objections there be.
