NOTICE OF MEETING OF LOCAL REVIEW BOARD
MUNICIPALITY OF FREDERICK
SDCL 10-11-13
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the governing body, sitting as a Review Board of
Frederick Municipality, Brown County, South Dakota, will meet at the Frederick
Community Center at 7:00 p.m. in said taxing jurisdiction on MONDAY, THE 17TH
day of March, 2008, being the third Monday in March and March 21st, 2008, for
the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said taxing district
for the year 2008.
All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment are required to
notify the clerk of the local board no later than Friday, March 14th, 2008
located at 307 2nd Ave. or finance office phone
