NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION
MUNICIPALITY OF FREDERICK
Notice is hereby given that no Municipal Election will be held on the 8th day of
April 2008 in Frederick, South Dakota.
The election for which public notice was given has been cancelled because the
following candidate has filed a certificate of nomination in the office of the
Finance Officer for the position to be filled.
Dennis Kinslow-board of trustee (3 year term)
No applicant for 1 year term- position to be filled by appointment
Because the candidate was unopposed, certificate of election/appointment will be
issued in the same manner as to successful candidates after election.
