NOTICE OF COUNTY LAND LEASE
Notice is hereby given that the following parcels of County owned land will be
leased to the highest bidder on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the
Courthouse Annex Meeting Room, Brown County, South Dakota:
Tract 1: SW 1/4 of Section 30 and NW 1/4 of Section 31, Township 128N, Range 65W
(254 acres more or less).
Tract 2: SW 1/4 of NW 1/4, W 1/2 of SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 20,
Township 128N, Range 65W (142 acres more or less).
Minimum bid: $14.50 per acre.
Length of grazing lease to be from February 1, 2008 to October 1, 2008, with no
option to renew this lease after October 1, 2008 with Brown County or to
purchase through this lease.
Brown County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids that they
deem to be in the best interest of Brown County.
