FEBRUARY 11, 2008 - JOINT CITY/COUNTY MEETING
The Brown County Commission and the Aberdeen City Council met in joint session
at 5:30 P.M. in the City Commission Chambers, 123 S Lincoln Street, Aberdeen,
South Dakota. Present from City were Council Members Agnitsch, Aman, Bunsness,
Campbell, Hodgin, Kraft, Mitchell, Rux and Mayor Levsen. Present from County
were Commissioners Feickert, Fischbach and Wiese. Absent Commissioners Knecht
and Hansen.
ORDINANCE NO. 08-01-04/360:
Motion by Bunsness and seconded by Campbell to refer Ordinance No. 08-01-04/360
to Aberdeen City Planning and Zoning for further review and recommendation.
Motion carried.
Moved by Fischbach, seconded by Feickert to refer Ordinance No. 08-01-04/360, An
Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 1164 – Part E of Section 5 to Aberdeen City
Planning and Zoning for further review and recommendation. All members present
voting aye. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
Moved by Feickert, seconded by Fischbach to adjourn the Brown County Commission.
All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
