NOTICE
Application has been made to the Brown County Commission for a vacation of plat.
A hearing will be held in the Commissioners Chambers, Courthouse Annex, Brown
County, South Dakota on February 5th, 2008 at 10:00 A.M.
Owner: Lyle Podoll
Description: Podoll’s First Heritage Subdivision in the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of
Section 9-Township 125 North-Range 63W of the 5th P.M. Brown County, South
Dakota
Reason: To tie land back together for conveyance.
The public is invited to attend the hearing and to present comments and
testimony regarding the petition to vacate the described property. At the
conclusion of the hearing, the Brown County Commission may deny request or adopt
resolution vacating the plat.
