NOTICE OF JOINT HEARING OF THE
ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL AND THE BROWN COUNTY COMMISSION
REGARDING AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1411
A public hearing will be held by the Aberdeen City Council and the Brown County
Commission on the 28th day of January 2008 beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the
Aberdeen City Council Chambers, 123 S Lincoln Street, to consider an ordinance
amending Part E of Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1411 regarding illuminated signs.
The public is invited to attend the hearing and to present comments and
testimony regarding the amendment pertaining to illuminated signs. At the
conclusion of the hearing, each respective board may adopt first reading of
Ordinance No. 08-01-04/360.
