ORDINANCE NO. 050
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, SECOND REVISION BROWN COUNTY ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED CHAPTERS 4.01 DEFINITIONS AND 4.19 FLOODPLAIN DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota, that
Second Revision Brown County Ordinances, be amended as to Chapter 4.01
Definitions and Chapter 4.19 Floodplain District (FP) regarding the new flood
insurance map and flood Insurance study that will become effective on March 18,
2008, as follows:
Chapter 4.01 - Definitions.
Chapter 4.19 - Floodplain District (FP)
To bring Title 4 into compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program and
Regulations.
