Groton Police Department
Harlan Radke, Jr., Police Chief
Jerry Bjerke, Assistant Police Chief
Justin Cleveland, Officer

ABOUT POLICE SERVICE
Groton's three-man police department offers 24-hour protection to the citizens of Groton. The department added a third man in 1996 thanks to a grant from President Clinton's COPS FAST program.

To call the police locally, dial 911 for emergencies or 397-8100 for non-emergencies. All calls are answered by the Brown County Regional Dispatch Center in Aberdeen and then forwarded to the officer on duty. The crime stoppers hotline is 397-4500.

In addition Radke and Bjerke are D.A.R.E. officers in the Groton Public School System. DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education)
