The Town of Westport met on July 1st, 2009 with Mark Van Dover, Todd Hertel, and
Steven Mitzel present.

($12.99), Brown County Treasurer ($264.65), Derek Mitzel ($229.75), Mark Van

Water
WEB ($1,209.13), Dept. of Revenue ($12.00), Steve Mitzel ($20.00), Linda Jo Van

Todd Hertel made motion to pay all bills; second by Mark Van Dover.
• Steve reported that the City of Westport has filed an application with FEMA to
attempt to get recovery money due to the 2009 flood.
• Mark reported that there is a Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM) meeting on July
8th, 2009 at the Brown County Courthouse. Todd Hertel will attend.
