The Town of Westport met on May 4th, 2009 with Mark Van Dover, Larry Huettl, and Steven Mitzel present.

• The following expenses were presented:
City General

Water
WEB ($1,120.41), Dept. of Revenue ($105.00), Steve Mitzel ($20.00), Linda Jo Van Dover ($89.69)

Larry Huettl made motion to pay all bills; second by Mark Van Dover.

• Mowing wage increased from $8.50/hr to $9.00/hr.
• New sign to be installed in the cemetery in Westport.
• Storm Drainage Pipe leading to the Elm River needs to be repaired.
• Water main break in the city of Westport cost approximately $1,100 to repair.
• Resignation letter received from Larry Schmit. Resignation accepted by City Council
• Todd Hertel appointed to three-year term on City Council to replace Larry Schmit.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
