Town of Westport General Meeting
April 6th, 2009
The Town of Westport met on April 6th, 2009 with Mark Van Dover, Larry Schmit, Larry Huettl, and Steven Mitzel present.

Larry Huettl made motion to pay all bills; second by Larry Schmit.
WEB Water report to be distributed to Westport residents by 7/1/09
Declaration of Disaster forms have been filed with the Brown County office. Forms then go to the State of SD for decision of financial assistance for the Westport flood.
Request made by the Dennis Walworth, Sr. family to raise the road on the south side of their home. A meeting will be set up with the Aberdeen Drainage Board for May to review proposal and discuss financial assistance options (e.g. grants).
