NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of a Special Execution on Foreclosure issued upon a Judgment for Foreclosure and Sale in the above entitled action, dated the 6th day of April 2009, the undersigned, as Sheriff of Brown County, South Dakota, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door of the Courthouse in the City of Aberdeen, Brown County, South Dakota on the 5th day of May, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. of that day, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lots Two (2), Except the South 2 feet thereof, Block Thirteen (13), Original Plat to the City of Groton, according to the plat thereof of record, Brown County, South Dakota, subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record, if any. Also known as 208 N. 2nd Street, Groton, South Dakota or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment and costs, amounting all to the sum of $12,341,78 with interest thereon from date of judgment and all accruing costs of sale.
Sale is subject to the liens of Brown County, South Dakota for real estate taxes and any valid liens of the City of Groton, South Dakota.
The title to the proceeds under which said sale is made is a captioned above.
