NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that on the 14th day of May, 2009, Sandra L.
Strom, whose address is set forth below, was appointed as personal
representative of the estate of Richard L. Strom.
Creditors of the decedent must file their claims within four (4) months
after the date of the appointment of the personal representative on the
14th day of May, 2009, or four months after the date of the first
publication of this notice or within sixty (60) days after the date of
mailing or delivery of this written notice, whichever is later, or be
forever barred.
Claims may be filed with the personal representative or may
be filed with the Clerk of Courts and a copy of the claim mailed to the
personal representative.
