Notice is given that on the 23rd day of January 2009, Carol L. Lucas of 2421 Sedgefield Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 55427 and Marlene J. Nogle of 7635 Harold Avenue, Golden Valley, MN 55427 were appointed as co-personal representatives of the estate Sarah Ivy Nogle.
Creditors of the decedent must file their claims within four (4) months after the date of the appointment of the personal representative on January 23, 2009, or within sixty (60) days after the date of mailing or delivery of this written notice, whichever is later, or be forever barred.
Claims may be filed with the personal representative or may be filed with the Clerk of Courts and a copy of the claim mailed to the personal representative.
