NOTICE OF 53RD ANNUAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the 53rd annual meeting of the members of James Valley Cooperative Telephone Company, will be held at the Groton High School Gym and Arena in Groton, South Dakota on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 6:30pm, with registration beginning at 5:00pm.


The meeting is called pursuant to the cooperative’s bylaws for the following purposes:

1. To receive and act upon reports of the officers and management of the cooperative for the previous year’s operations.

2. To elect two directors for terms of three years.

3. To act upon any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
