Notice is given that on the 18th day of May, 2009,  Jean Rahja, whose address is 610 23rd Avenue, NE,  Aberdeen, SD  57401, was appointed as personal representative of the estate of Gilbert Rahja. 

Creditors of the decedent must file their claims within four (4) months after the date of the personal representatives appointment or within sixty days after the mailing or other delivery of the written notice, whichever is later or be forever barred.  

Claims may be filed with the personal representative or may be filed with the Clerk of Courts and a copy of the claim mailed to the personal representative.
