NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Groton City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 24, 2009 at 8:15 pm at City Hall, 209 N Main St, Groton, SD for the purpose of considering the proposed amendment to the City Zoning Map under the 2003 Revised City Ordinances. The area to be considered to be rezoned from Commercial to Residential 3 are Lot 6 & 7, Block 5, Original Plat to Groton (235 E Railroad Ave).

Any person, persons, or their representative may appear at said scheduled public hearing and present information for or against the modification of these zones within the City of Groton.
