NOTICE OF INTENT TO LEASE SWIMMING POOL IN CONNECTION WITH THE LEASE FINANCING

Pursuant to Resolution 2008-1117 adopted November 17, 2008 in connection with the lease financing, the City intends to lease municipally owned property to a private person for a term exceeding one hundred twenty days and for an amount exceeding five hundred dollars.  A copy of the Ground Lease is on file with the Finance Officer and open to public inspection.  The Ground Lease was approved November 17, 2008.  This notice is to comply with the requirements of SDCL §9-12-5.2.
