NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Groton City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 23, 2009 at 8pm at City Hall, 209 N Main St, Groton, SD for the purpose of considering the proposed amendment to the City Zoning Map under the 2003 Revised City Ordinances. The area to be considered to be rezoned from Residential 3 to Industrial is Lot 7, Thede’s First Addition to Groton (307 N 6th St).

Any person, persons, or their representative may appear at said scheduled public hearing and present information for or against the modification of these zones within the City of Groton.
