NOTICE OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION HEARING
The Groton Planning & Zoning Commission will be holding a public hearing on October 26, 2009 at 8:00pm CDT at City Hall, 209 N Main, Groton, SD for a special exception of Title 11, Section 11.0104 of the Groton Zoning Ordinance. This application was made by Krueger Brothers for the construction of a storage building at the location of 415 E Railroad Ave., Groton, SD, legally described as Third Addition, Block 39, S 24'of Lot 9 and all of Lots10 and 11. This would be in an Residential 3 Zone.
Any person wishing to present testimony for or against this special exception may appear in person or by representative at the above time and place.
