NOTICE OF VARIANCE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Groton Planning & Zoning Commission will be
holding a public hearing on April 28, 2008 at 8:00pm CDT at City Hall, 209 N
Main, Groton, SD for a variance of Title 9, Section 9.0106 of the Groton Zoning
Ordinance. This application was made by Rick & Sherry Koehler for placement of a
garage within 10 ft of the south (side) lot line. A variance is required for the
reduction in required minimum yard requirements in a Residential 1 (R1)
District.
Any person wishing to present testimony for or against this variance may appear
in person or by representative at the above time and place.
