Second Reading of FEMA Ordinance
March 10. 2008
The Town Board of Frederick met on March 10, 2008 at the Community Center for
the 2nd reading of Ordinance 183 regarding the FEMA Flood Plain Ordinance and
Insurance Rate Map. Present were Dennis Kinslow, Scott Campbell, Tom Meyer, and
Max Kinslow.
Chr. Kinslow called the meeting to order. Motion by Campbell/Meyer to adopt the
Flood Plain Ordinance and rate map supplement to Building Code Ordinance Title 3
2-1 and Title 13 13-1, 13-2, 13-3. Motion carried.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned, motion by
Campbell/Meyer, motion carried.
