Auditorium – work to start June 15
Rubble site – looking into a mulch area for grass and leaves
Summer Rec. - Amy Weismantel gave an over view of activities. The council
requested that the Legion be cleaned after each session as a courtesy to the
next users.
Dumpster site – more discussion on moving near the rubble site
Alleys – Letters to be sent to land owners concerning upkeep of half alleys next
to their property.
Lots 100 block N. James – these lots to be mowed by Kevin
NEW BUSINESS
Flood damage/ FEMA visit – no information as yet. A list of repairs and
improvements will be compiled to be ready when needed.
Malt Beverage application – Kerry Hansen dba KL Cabin submitted an application
along with the usual fee. All requirements were in order moved by Vietmeier 2nd
by Mitchell to approve the application.
CORRESPONDENCE – letter from Britton 125th celebration, Flood Plain report and
some state wide meetings. All were addressed.
