At the September regular meeting of the Columbia City Council, Jan Gilchrist requested the following streets and alleys be vacated.

Stella St from 4th Ave NE to 6th Ave NE;
5th Ave. NE from Broadway to Michigan ST;
Michigan Ave  from 4th Ave NE to 6th Ave NE;
Mill St from 4th Ave NE to 6th Ave NE;
Alley, Block 20 & 29 Baldwin.
Alley, 400 & 500 Blocks of Baldwin's 1st addition.
