RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA

TO ESTABLISH INTENT TO BE INCLUDED IN THE

COLUMBIA RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

            BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Columbia, Brown County, South Dakota hereby intends to be included in the Columbia Rural Fire Protection District embracing all the area and real properties within the boundaries of Brainard, Shelby, Westport, Garland, Columbia Ordway and Cambria Townships, all in Brown County, South Dakota including all plats and sub-divisions within said Townships, and all unincorporated town within said townships, such area covering approximately two hundred fifty (250) square mile in accordance with the map on five at the finance office in Columbia, and incorporated herein by reference pursuant to SDCL§34-31A-3.
