__Auditorium -rebar needs to be removed Mitchell will visit with contractor.
Closing roads/alleys – there were no objections
Lagoon – a company has been contacted to take care of the necessary repairs when we are able to do the work.
Rubble site - progressing
City tractor – estimates and terms for skid loader and attachments from local dealers were discussed. Mitchell moved 2^nd by Frohling to contact HC Clark for the equipment. Passed.
Dumpster site – will be moved to near the burn pit area soon.

_NEW BUSINESS – _

Pre Disaster meeting – need to plan for lagoon protection.__

Flood Map meeting – FEMA maps have been revised no residence in the city at this time are in the flood plain.

Meeting packets? – Vitense asked the board if they would like advanced packets for the meeting. It was decided to email the information on Friday before the regular meeting.

The playground fund was discussed and some changes need to be made before donating money to the fund. The next meeting will be November 3, 2009 at 7 PM at the Fire Hall. Frohling moved 2^nd by Kuschel Harr to adjourn. Passed.
