The Board of Trustees for the Town of Claremont met in regular Session on 4-23-09 at 7:30pm.President Thompson called the meeting to order with Trustees Johnson and Hinrichs present. The minutes of the March meeting were read and on a motion by Hinrichs and seconded by Johnson were approved as read. On a motion by Johnson and seconded by Hinrichs the following warrants were approved: General: Gellhaus and Gellhaus , research deed prepare Quit claim 72.00; Northeast Council of Govern, preparation of ordinance 750.00;Holland Auto part, gas, 193.38; First State Bank ,Mower loan, 547.25; NWE, lights, 234.61; IRS, Fed quarterly, 342.99; Charla Rye, wage, 290.00; Shane Johnson, Snow removal 25.00; NWE, lights, 245.14; Darwin Ives, snow/28hrs, 200.00; James Valley, phone, 57.08; WSSW: DENR, loan pay,1272.79; Ecolab, pest elimination, 139.50; Western Printing, print water slips 126.45; NWE, water, sewer 471.92; Carrie Pulfrey, meter reading, 92.35; NWE, water,sewer509.85; BDM ,water, 600.00; Also noted that there have been complaints turned in to the Board members concerning the shooting of BB guns within the city limits. Parents should note that it is illegal to shoot fire arms, including BB guns anywhere within city limits per city ordinance! With no further business before the Board, a motion was made by Hinrichs to adjourn and seconded by Johnson. Motion carried.
