Equalization Meetings
March 16th-20th 2009

The review board met at the James Marko residence at 7:00pm March 16th 2009. All members were present Galen Sichmeller and Kimberly Huwe.
The review board had not received any notices of grievance of Butler Town. A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller to recess the meeting thru March 20th 2009.Motion carried.
The review board resumed from the March 16th 2009 meeting at the James Marko residence at 7:00pm. All members were present Galen Sichmeller and Kimberly Huwe. There were no grievances thru out the week. Board members signed oath of membership of equalization, the certificate of review board of equalization was filled out which will be returned to the Assessor office at the Day County Court House along with the minutes of the meetings on March 23rd 2009.
A motion was made by Sichmeller and second by Huwe to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:00pm.
