Regular Meeting

President James Marko brought the meeting to order at 7:00pm at the Kimberly Huwe residence. All members were present, Galen Sichmeller and Kimberly Huwe.

A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller to read and approve the minutes of the September 8th 2009 meeting. Motion carried. The minutes were approved as read.

A motion was made by Sichmeller and second by Huwe to submit and pay bills at this time. Motion carried. The bills submitted for payment were, Northwestern Energy, for electricity, 81.3, Dependable Sanitation Inc., for garbage service, 175.00, Groton Independent, for publishing, 11.05, and Diana Marko, for mowing the park, 25.00.

There was no further business. A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller to adjourn the meeting. Motion carries. The meeting adjourned at 8:00pm.

The next meeting will be held at the James Marko residence on November 2nd 2009 at 7:00pm.
