Regular Meeting

President James Marko brought the meeting to order at 7:00pm at the Galen Sichmeller residence. All members were present, Galen Sichmeller and Kimberly Huwe.

A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller to read and approve the minutes of the Aug. 3rd 2009 meeting. Motion carried. Minutes were approved as read.

A motion was made by Sichmeller to submit and pay bills. Huwe second the motion. Motion carried. Schwebach Insurance for liability/errors and omissions insurance, 636.00. Dependable Sanitation Inc. for garbage disposal, 175.00. Northwestern Energy for electricity, 84.51. Diana Marko for park mowing, 50.00. Groton Independent for publishing board minutes, 11.72.

A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:00pm.

The next meeting will be held at the Kimberly Huwe residence on October 5th 2009, at 7:00pm.
