Regular Meeting

President James Marko brought the meeting to order at 7:00pm at the Kimberly Huwe residence. All members were present, Kimberly Huwe and Galen Sichmeller.

Sichmeller made a motion to read and approve the minutes of the June 2009 meeting. Huwe second the motion. The minutes were approved as read. Motion carried.

Huwe made a motion to submit and pay bills at this time. Sichmeller second the motion. Motion carried.

Dependable Sanitation Inc., - garbage -, 175.00. Groton Independent-, publishing and subscription to the paper-, 43.38. Northwestern Energy-, for electricity-, 79.57. Diana Marko-, park mowing-, 125.00, and for a Battery for the town tractor-, 52.99.

The board discussed getting bids for gravel for the town roads from local contractors. A motion was made by Huwe to have Sichmeller talk to the contractors and report back at a later meeting. Sichmeller second the motion. Motion carried.

Sichmeller made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Huwe second the motion. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:00pm. 

The next meeting will be August 3rd 2009 at 7:00pm at the James Marko residence.
