Regular Meeting


President James Marko brought the meeting to order at 7:00pm at the Galen Sichmeller residence. All members were present, Galen Sichmeller and Kimberly Huwe.
A motion was made by Sichmeller and second by Huwe to read and approve the minutes of the May 4th meeting. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller to submit and pay bills at this time. Motion carried. Northwestern Energy for electricity, $79.20. Dependable Sanitation Inc. for garbage, $175.00. Bristol Postmaster for stamps, $44.00.
A motion was made by Sichmeller and second by Huwe to have Marko check on and or purchase a battery and a seat for the town tractor mower. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:00pm.
The next meeting will be July 6th 2009 at the Kimberly Huwe residence at 7:00pm.
