Regular Meeting

President James Marko brought the meeting to order at 7:00pm at the Marko residence. All members were present, Galen Sichmeller and Kimberly Huwe.
Huwe made the motion to read and approve the minutes of the April 6th 2009 meeting. Sichmeller second the motion. Motion carried. Minutes were approved as read. Sichmeller made a motion and was second by Huwe to submit and pay bills at this time. Motion carried. Groton Independent-publishing-11.38. Dependable Sanitation Inc.-garbage- 175.00. Northwestern Energy-electricity- 80.63.
The Board discussed the subscribing to the Groton Independent paper. Huwe made the motion and Sichmeller second the motion to subscribe to the paper and have it delivered to the President of the town residence. Motion carried.
Board discussed the sending out of letters to town residents on the matter of residential clean up. Huwe made the motion and Sichmeller second the motion. Motion carried.
Sichmeller made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Huwe second the motion. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 8:00pm.
The next meeting will be held at the Galen Sichmeller residence on June 1st 2009 at 7:00pm.
