Regular Meeting
April 6th 2009

President James Marko brought the meeting to order at 7:00pm at the Kimberly Huwe residence.All members were present. Kimberly Huwe and Galen Sichmeller.
A motion was made by Sichmeller and second by Huwe to read and approve the minutes of the March 2nd 2009 meeting. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller to submit and pay bills at this time. Motion carried. CNA Surety-bond policy-100.00. Northwestern Energy-electricity-79.03. Groton Independent-publishing-77.63. Dependable Sanitation Inc.-garbage-175.00. Diana Marko-snow removal-170.00.
Board discussed the budget request for municipalities. A motion was made by Sichmeller and second by Huwe to request the amount of 750.00 for the 2010 tax year. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:00pm. The next meeting will be held at the James Marko residence at 7:00pm on May 4th 2009.
