SEPTEMBER 29, 2009 - JOINT CITY/COUNTY MEETING

The Brown County Commission and the Aberdeen City Council met in joint session at 8:45 A.M. in the County Commission Chambers, 25 Market Street, Aberdeen, South Dakota. Present from City were Council Members Bunsness, Campbell, Mitchell, Slaight-Hansen and Mayor Levsen. Absent Council Members Agnitsch, Hodgin, Kraft and Rux. Present from County were Commissioners Hansen, Elliott, Sutton, Wiese and Fischbach.

ORDINANCE NO. 09-09-01/377:
On motion by Bunsness and seconded by Mitchell, the City unanimously voted to approve First Reading of Ordinance No. 09-09-01/377.

Moved by Sutton, seconded by Elliott to approve First Reading of Ordinance No. 09-09-01/377, An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1164 to rezone the following described property from its present zoning designation of Section 701 (A-1) Agricultural District to Section 714 (M-AG) Mini-Agricultural District: Lot 1, Brenner Addition in the SW ¼ of Sec 16-T123N-R64W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, SD. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.

ORDINANCE NO. 09-09-02/378:
On motion by Bunsness and seconded by Mitchell, the City unanimously voted to approve First Reading of Ordinance No. 09-09-02/378.

Moved by Elliott, seconded by Sutton to approve First Reading of Ordinance No. 09-09-02/378, An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1164 to rezone the following described property from its present zoning designation of Section 701 (A-1) Agricultural District to Section 714 (M-AG) Mini-Agricultural District: Moen-Rudolph Subdivision in Lot 1, Evelo’s Outlots in the SE ¼ of Sec 35-T123N-R64W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, SD. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
