OCTOBER 27, 2009 - JOINT CITY/COUNTY MEETING

The Brown County Commission and the Aberdeen City Council met in joint session at 8:45 A.M. in the County Commission Chambers, 25 Market Street, Aberdeen, South Dakota. Present from City were Council Members Agnitsch, Campbell, Hodgin, Rux and Mayor Levsen. Absent Council Members Bunsness, Kraft , Mitchell and Slaight-Hansen Present from County were Commissioners Hansen, Elliott, Sutton, Wiese and Fischbach.

ORDINANCE NO. 09-10-02/379:

On motion by Rux and seconded by Agnitsch, the City unanimously voted to approve First Reading of Ordinance No. 09-10-02/379.

Moved by Sutton, seconded by Hansen to approve First Reading of Ordinance No. 09-10-02/379, An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1164 to rezone the following described property from its present zoning designation of Section 714 (M-AG) Mini-Agricultural District and Section 704 (R-2) Medium Density Residential District to Section 704 (R-2) Medium Density Residential District: Lot 1, Bud Smith First Addition in the SE ¼ of Sec 20-T123N-R63W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, SD. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT:

The City Council adjourned and the County Commission continued in regular session.
