MAY 26, 2009 - JOINT CITY/COUNTY MEETING

The Brown County Commission and the Aberdeen City Council met in joint session at 8:45 A.M. in the City Commission Chambers, 123 S Lincoln Street, Aberdeen, South Dakota.  Present from City were Council Members Aman, Bunsness, Campbell, Hodgin, Kraft, Mitchell, Rux and Mayor Levsen.  Present from County were Commissioners Sutton, Hansen and Fischbach.  Absent Council Member Agnitsch and Commissioners Wiese and Elliott.  

 ORDINANCE NO. 09-05-01/375:

On motion by Rux and seconded by Bunsness, the City unanimously voted to approve First Reading of Ordinance No. 09-05-01/375.

Moved by Sutton, seconded by Hansen to approve First Reading of Ordinance No. 09-05-01/375, An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance concerning Co-location of Telecommunications Towers.  All members present voting aye.  Motion carried. 

ADJOURNMENT:

Moved by Sutton, seconded by Hansen to adjourn the Brown County Commission.  All members present voting aye.  Motion carried.
