JUNE 1, 2009 - JOINT CITY/COUNTY MEETING

The Brown County Commission and the Aberdeen City Council met in joint session at 5:30 P.M. in the City Commission Chambers, 123 S Lincoln Street, Aberdeen, South Dakota. Present from City were Council Members Agnitsch, Aman, Bunsness, Campbell, Hodgin, Kraft, Mitchell, Rux and Mayor Levsen. Present from County were Commissioners Sutton, Wiese and Fischbach. Absent Commissioners Hansen and Elliott.

ORDINANCE NO. 09-05-01/375:
On motion by Mitchell and seconded by Aman, the City unanimously voted to approve Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 09-05-01/375.

Moved by Sutton, seconded by Wiese to approve Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 09-05-01/375, An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance concerning Co-location of Telecommunications Towers. Roll call vote: Commissioners Sutton-aye, Wiese-aye, Fischbach-aye, Hansen-absent, Elliott-absent. Ordinance adopted.

Moved by Sutton, seconded by Wiese to adjourn the Brown County Commission. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
