NOTICE FOR HEARING FOR TRANSFER OF RETAIL (ON-OFF SALE) MALT BEVERAGE LICENSE

Notice is hereby given according to SDCL 35-2, a Public Hearing on the transfer of a retail (on-off sale) malt beverage license is set for 9:30 A.M. on the 5th day of May, 2009, in the Chambers of the Brown County Commissioners, Brown County, South Dakota at which time any interested persons wishing to register a complaint on approval may appear:
