NOTICE OF JOINT HEARING OF THE
ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL AND THE BROWN COUNTY COMMISSION
TO CONSIDER AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE
A public hearing will be held in a joint meeting of the Aberdeen City Council
and the Brown County Commission on the 26th day of May 2009 beginning at 8:45
a.m. in the City Council Chambers at 123 S Lincoln Street, to consider an
amendment to the Zoning Ordinance concerning Co-location of Telecommunications
Towers.
The public is invited to attend the hearing and to present comments and
testimony regarding the amendment. At the conclusion of the hearing, each
respective board may adopt first reading of Ordinance No. 09-05-01/375.
