APRIL 1, 2008 - JOINT WARNER CITY/COUNTY MEETING
The Brown County Commission and the Warner City Council met in joint session at
8:45 A.M. in the County Commission Chambers, 25 Market Street, Aberdeen, South
Dakota. Present from Warner City were Council Members Dave Fair, Mike Bertsch,
Gaylon Townsend and Finance Officer Louise Zumbaum. Present from County were
Commissioners Hansen, Fischbach, Feickert, Knecht and Wiese.
SET HEARING DATE:
On motion by Fair and seconded by Bertsch, the Warner City unanimously voted to
set hearing for Ordinance No. 053/0108.
Moved by Feickert, seconded by Hansen to set date for joint public meeting of
the Brown County Commission and Warner City Council for 8:45 a.m. on April 22,
2008 in the County Commission Chambers, 25 Market Street for First Reading of
the following: Ordinance No. 053/0108, An Ordinance to rezone the following
property from Chapter 4.06 (AG-P) Agricultural Preservation District to Chapter
4.15 (L-I) Light Industrial District (North Central Elevator): Rieck Lot 1,
Rieck-WEB Subdivision in the NE ¼ of Sec 3-T121N-R64W of the 5th P.M., Brown
County, SD. Roll call vote: Commissioners Hansen-aye, Fischbach-abstain,
Feickert-aye, Knecht-aye, Wiese-aye. Motion carried.
The Warner City Council adjourned and the Brown County Commission continued in
regular session.
