• 1} Minutes • 2} Variance Hearing For Sherwin Nyberg 8:00 • 3} Joel Frohling Plat 8:10 (He is replatting it to exclude a cul de sac) • 4} Marc Hanson Appeal of Building Permit Denial 8:15 (Denied by zoning administrator. He wants to build a secondary structure without a primary structure, not allowed under P&Z Ordinance) • 5) Review corner lot policy. Presently 30 feet frontage on addressed side and 15 feet on the other side. What difference does this make -- why should people have to change their address just to meet with the code?
